| Repeated minor violations | Temporary suspension (7-30 days) with notice |
| Serious violation | Immediate suspension pending investigation |
| Severe violation (CSAM, violence, illegal activity, sanctions breach) | Immediate termination without notice; report to law enforcement, including mandatory reporting to NCMEC as required by 18 USC 2258A |
5.3 Appeal Process
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by emailing legal@zoeyos.com within 14 days of the action. Include:

Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not entitled to refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. Accounts suspended for investigation that are subsequently cleared will receive credit for the suspension period.
6. International / Local-Law Compliance
This AUP sets a global baseline. Your use must also comply with the laws of your own country and any country you direct content to or interact with through the Services. Where local law imposes stricter requirements than this AUP, you must follow the stricter requirement. Where local law grants you non-waivable rights, nothing in this AUP limits them.
