World View
The World View is the home of Zoey OS — the living 3D
workspace where you, Zoey, and your companions work together in real
time. It’s voice-first: you say what you need, Zoey listens,
delegates to the right companion, and you watch the work happen instead
of digging through tabs. Everything — every task, companion, and
action — lives in one place you can actually see.
Getting around
Talk to it. Speak or type — it’s one continuous
conversation, and you can switch between the two anytime. Zoey sits at
the center; your companions appear around her as orbs, and their
activity streams back to you as it happens.
Watch your companions delegate
When you hand Zoey a job, she routes it to the right companion in
front of you — the dispatch is something you see, not just a
result that appears. You stay oriented and in control while the
work gets done.
Watch the bots delegate
Companions don’t stop at answering — they dispatch
specialized bots that work in parallel. At full capacity that’s
roughly 200 simultaneous agents, and you can watch results stream
back as each one finishes.
Keyboard navigation
Prefer your hands on the keyboard? You can move through the World
View without reaching for the mouse — pan around your world,
move between companions, and open what you need with keyboard
shortcuts.
A resizable chat panel
Your conversation with Zoey lives in a chat panel you can size to
fit how you work — drag its edge to give the conversation more
room, or shrink it to hand more of the screen to your world.
See who’s working
An activity widget in the top-left corner showcases who’s
actively working right now — a live read on your team.
Pop the chat panel out
Working across two screens? Pop the chat panel out into its own
window so you can keep the conversation on one display and your
world on the other.
The idea: less busywork, fewer tabs. You talk, and
your AI team does the work where it
happens — while you watch it unfold.
02 Set up your team
Configuration View
The Configuration View is where you shape your world — the setup
side of Zoey OS, away from the day-to-day World View. It’s
where you build your team, make the workspace yours, and decide how
everything behaves.
Build your companions
Assemble a team that’s yours. Each companion is specialized
for what you need — research, creative, operations, sales,
marketing, or something you define from scratch. You set their role,
their personality, and their skills. You can run up to 20
companions per world.
Behavior interviews
Refine how each companion works through guided questions — no
prompt editing required. Answer a few things about how you want them
to operate, and their behavior follows your preferences.
Make it yours
Give each companion and bot its own name and color, establish your
workflows, and connect your tools — so your team feels like
yours, not a default template.
Your data, your rules
Zoey OS never trains on your data. You own everything, can
forget anything, and can export anytime, with privacy controls you
manage from settings.
03 What your team knows
Knowledge Base
Your companions remember you — your preferences, your patterns,
your context — and every conversation builds on the last, so you
never start over. The Knowledge Base is where you give that memory a
head start: the reference material your team should always have on hand.
How to set it up
1 Add what your team should know
Bring in the documents, notes, and context your companions should
work from — the things you’d otherwise have to explain
every time.
2 Let it compound
From there, your context compounds instead of resetting. The
longer you work together, the sharper your companions get —
every task and conversation builds on what came before.
3 Stay in control of it
It’s your knowledge. You can delete anything, export
anytime, and Zoey OS never trains on it.
04 What your team can do
Skills
Skills are readable instruction files a companion opens to carry out a
specific task. Where the Knowledge Base is what your team knows,
Skills are the steps they follow to get a given task done.
Assign skills to a companion
Each companion carries the skills you give it — a small library
of instruction files it can pull from. A sales companion might have
skills for outreach and CRM updates; an operations companion, skills
for scheduling and task tracking. You decide which skills each one has.
Context makes them land
A skill tells a companion how to do a task; its memory tells it how
you want it done. Because every companion remembers your
goals, your history, and how you work, it follows a skill in a way
that fits you — right the first time, not the third.
Work where it happens
Skills act directly inside the tools you already use — no
messy imports, no second source of truth. Your companions do the
work in place.
05 Connect your tools
Integrations
Integrations connect your world to the platforms your work already lives
in. Zoey OS connects to 1,000+ platforms — Gmail, Google
Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear, Asana, Trello,
HubSpot, Discord, Telegram, and many more. Connect your tools on day one,
and your companions can take real action in them.
How to connect one
1 Pick a platform
Choose the tool you want to connect from the integrations catalog
— the apps your day already runs on.
2 Authorize the connection
Sign in to that tool and grant access. Your companions work
directly inside it — nothing gets pulled into a separate
silo.
3 Your companions can use it
Once it’s connected, your companions can carry out real
actions in that tool using your context — no extra setup.
Need something custom? Architect users can add their
own integrations — connect your own REST APIs or MCP servers.
If it exists, Zoey can take action in it.
06 Work that runs itself
Automations
Automations are the workflows that run on their own — the recurring
work you shouldn’t have to ask for every time. Set one up once and
your team keeps it moving in the background, whether that’s a daily
summary, a follow-up, or a routine hand-off between tools.
