Windows — first-time install

macOS is fully signed and opens normally. On Windows, our code-signing certificate is still being issued, so SmartScreen may show a prompt the first time you open the app. This is normal for new software awaiting certification — here's how to get past it:

  1. Open the downloaded installer
  2. When the SmartScreen prompt appears, click More info
  3. Click Run anyway
