Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What happens when I hit my usage cap?

Your usage resets every 5 hours, so you're never locked out for long. If you find yourself hitting the cap regularly, upgrading your tier gives you more room to expand your world.

What is Bring Your Own?

BYO Architect gives you full platform access at $65/mo. You bring your own Anthropic API key for inference, or connect via the Claude Code bridge. We handle everything else — you just pay less because LLM costs are on your side.

What's the difference between API key and Claude Code bridge?

Both are available to BYO users. An API key bills inference to your Anthropic account. The Claude Code bridge runs inference locally through the desktop app. You can set up both.

Do you offer refunds?

All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period and your subscription simply won't renew.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available through Stripe. All billing is monthly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in settings. Your subscription continues through the end of your paid period. No retention games.

What about my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back. After that, it's wiped.
